Conversation Recording for BCM – The New Dimension TelStrat’s iDVR™ users can now add a new dimension to messages received in their email accounts – email messages, faxes, voicemail, and now – recorded conversations. TelStrat’s iDVR™ for the Business Communication Manager (BCM) is feature rich and typically less expensive than other individual recording solutions. iDVR records conversations occurring on analog and T1/E1 trunks from any telephone connected to the BCM, whether digital, IP or analog.
